WeFund was created to change that.
Our mixed funding model combines subsidised paid places with fully funded cohorts, helping more young people access high-impact programmes while building long-term sustainability.
Our Flagship Programme: The VeloBuild Project
VeloBuild is our flagship practical bike-build programme, developed by All Things Active.
In small supported groups, young people build their own bike from scratch while developing confidence, resilience, teamwork, communication and real-world practical skills.
Every participant leaves with a completed bike and a stronger belief in what they can achieve.
Why It Matters
Many young people simply haven’t yet had the chance to discover what they are capable of through practical hands-on learning.
Hands-on programmes can unlock motivation, self-belief and future readiness in ways traditional settings do not always achieve.
WeFund exists to open that door for more young people.
